Lesly Michaud is currently the Maternal and Child Health Coordinator for World Vision-Haiti. He is responsible for the implementation of World Vision's maternal and child health and nutrition programs throughout the country, including the programs discussed in The Lancet article, on which he is a co-author. Since 1996, Michaud has held positions in private voluntary organizations where he managed the planning, design, and implementation of various maternal and child health interventions, among other duties. Dr. Michaud holds a medical degree from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in Mexico and has taken a number of courses in public health.
