Md. Latiful Haque is a Research Analyst in the Poverty, Health and Nutrition Division. He joined IFPRI in February 2016 under the Bangladesh Policy Research and Strategy Support Program (PRSSP). He brings practical experience in implementation and mixed methods research in Bangladesh. Currently, his research at IFPRI focuses on agriculture production and market linkages in rural Bangladesh. Before coming to IFPRI, Latiful worked at BRAC’s Research and Evaluation Division where he studied the effects of agriculture technology adoption on poverty reduction, productivity growth, and food security. He also worked as a Project Research Officer at the Institute of Microfinance. He received his M.S.S in Economics from Dhaka University.
