Mulugeta Bayeh is the Manager of Web Communications in IFPRI’s Communications and Knowledge Management Division. He currently focuses on providing the vision for, plans, and implements a dynamic institutional web communications as well as establishing and managing institutional web development and content production workflows. Previously, as senior web developer, Mulugeta has designed, developed, and executed the IFPRI.info platform dramatically expanding IFPRI’s web presence allowing over 40 IFPRI research projects to build both content and core program stakeholders. He has engineered a pioneering communications performance metrics dashboard using the leading business intelligence software called Qlikview; and developed the first institutional guidelines for the creation and management of IFPRI websites and portals. Former journalist, Mulugeta holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Science for the School of Information Studies in Africa (AA) and Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Literature.
