Tess Lallemant



Research Analyst


Tess Lallemant joined IFPRI in 2015 as a research assistant in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Division. She mainly works on projects relating to trade and the impacts of changes in food prices on poverty.

Tess Lallemant received her BA from Reed College in Oregon where she studied political science with a focus on quantitative methods and economics. Before joining IFPRI, she worked at the World Bank, and was program coordinator for the 2015 International Conference of Agricultural Economists.
