The Government of the Republic of Uganda and Posta Uganda have issued two commemorative stamps in honor of the 2020 Africa Conference, which was held in April 2004 and organized by IFPRI`s 2020 Vision Initiative and co-hosted by the Government of Uganda. IFPRI is deeply honored and grateful for this sign of recognition of the work accomplished in Kampala.

The circulation of the stamps worldwide will contribute to raising further awareness of the efforts underway at IFPRI and among its partners to implement action on food and nutrition security in Africa.
