Stephan Dohrn joined IFPRI in 2004 as a Research Analyst with the Systemwide Program on Collective Action and Property Rights (CAPRi). Prior to IFPRI Stephan worked for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN on local governance, institutional change and decentralization processes, and coordinated projects in Africa and Latin America. Stephan Dohrn received his Masters degree in Public Policy and Management from Konstanz University.
