Timothy Sulser joined IFPRI as a Research Analyst in 2004 to work on the International Model for Policy Analysis of Agricultural Commodities and Trade (IMPACT). A US citizen, Sulser holds a M.A. in Tropical Conservation & Development from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Agricultural & Resource Economics from University of California - Davis and has worked in agricultural extension and farming systems modeling in Latin America.
