Andrew received his Ph.D. in Natural Resource Management and a certificate in Complexity Science from the University of Michigan, USA, a M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from Waseda University, Japan, and a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
