Bingxin Yu joined the Development Strategy and Governance Division of IFPRI in 2004 as a research analyst to work on development strategy issues. She has a B.S. in Management Science from University of Science and Technology of China, M.S. in Biometry/Statistics and Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research interestes include public investment, development typology, productivity growth and other agriculture and development related issues.
