Marcia MacNeil is a communication specialist in the media relations department of the Communications Division. She previously served as the communications specialist in the Development Strategy and Governance Division. Prior to IFPRI, Marcia worked for the USAID-funded Demographic and Health Surveys (MEASURE DHS) Project, and has worked on communications projects for USAID’s Bureau for Global Health, the Brookings Institution, and other international organizations. Marcia holds an M.A. from American University’s School of Communication and a B.A. in French and English from Goucher College. She speaks French and Spanish.
