Perrihan Al Riffai joined IFPRI in September of 2009. She is a Research Analyst in the Development Strategy and Governance. She received an MPhil in Economics from George Washington University. Her background is in CGE modeling. Currently, her research focuses on Trade and Biofuels. Her previous areas of work include: public expenditures reallocation and poverty reduction and agricultural sector development.
