Sivan Yosef, a joint American and Israeli citizen, is a Program Manager in the Director General’s Office, working on the Millions Fed project. Prior to joining IFPRI, she worked for an international educational development organization focusing on East Africa, United Way of America, and the American Society of International Law. She has previously served as a consultant for the Communications Division of IFPRI, FINCA International, and the NGO Committee on the Status of Women at the UN. Sivan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers College and an M.A. in International Development Studies from the George Washington University. She is fluent in English and Hebrew, and proficient in Spanish.
