As part of her postdoctoral fellowship, Anitha Ramanna will conduct research that focuses on the political economy of India's policy on patent protection of agricultural biotechnology. Ramanna received her M.Phil. and Ph.D. in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Before joining IFPRI, Ramanna was an assistant editor with the Economic and Political Weekly. She is a Fulbright scholar who was affiliated with the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard University in 1998-99. |
