   The International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) offers free access to 7,000 online journals in science and technology, discounted document delivery for 20,000 journals, and over 100,000 monographs. 5. Enhancing Research Capacity in Developing and Transition Countries

7. Research Project Competition
   The African Forestry Research Network (AFRONET), a joint initiative of the African Academy of Sciences (AAS) and the International Foundation for Science (IFS), is coordinating a collaborative research project competition. The goal is to enable African forest scientists to carry out important and high-quality research with assured, adequate funding, and full international recognition. 8. Practical Anthropometry
   The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) recently released the document "Practical Anthropometry," which provides a series of tools and resource materials for planning and carrying out nutrition surveys. 9. Good Practices and Innovative Experiences in the South (Zed Books)
