Consumers feel the heat of war everywhere (The Daily Star)

The Daily Star (Bangladesh), in its review of the impacts of the Russia-Ukraine war on the people of Bangladesh, quotes a report by the International Food Policy Research Institute released in July [2022] which said "Since the wheat grain supply is highly dependent on imports, we expect changes in world prices to hav
