Pascale Sabbagh is Senior Program Manager for the CRP2 “Policies, Institutions and Markets to Strengthen Food Security and Incomes for the Rural Poor” Research program of the CGIAR.

Prior to joining IFPRI, she has worked in research, policy and consulting, both for the public and the private sector. From 2008 to 2010, she worked as a consultant in an organization and management consulting firm (France), where she helped clients manage their organizational and information systems related projects.

Before that, she was Chief of the agricultural and forest division in regional administration (France) for 4 years, assisting policymakers in designing regional agricultural and rural development policies. Between 1998 and 2003, she worked as both a research assistant and researcher on forestry related issues, in Canada, France, Sweden and the US.

She holds 2 Masters of Sciences: one in agronomy and one in forest sciences.
