Evaluation of the social cash transfer pilot programme: Tigray Region, Ethiopia: Baseline report

This report, the second to be produced, is based on quantitative data collected at the individual, household, and tabia level in May-June 2012 and qualitative data collected using key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and participatory appraisal activities in July-August 2012. Subsequent work, to be based on further quantitative and qualitative data collection, will focus on the impact of the SCTPP on a wide range of indicators while also deepening our understanding of the strengths and limitations of program implementation.
