Ruth Meinzen-Dick

Ruth Meinzen-Dick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Natural Resources and Resilience Unit. She has extensive transdisciplinary research experience in using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Her work focuses on two broad (and sometimes interrelated) areas: how institutions affect how people manage natural resources, and the role of gender in development processes.

Finance and Administration

The Finance and Administration Division provides administrative support to facilitate the execution of the Institute’s research agenda in an efficient and effective manner.  The division includes four departments: Finance (budgeting, project management and financial reporting, cash management, risk management); Information Technology Services (hardware, software, email, file storage, security); Travel (trip planning, including visas and passports, hotels, airlines, medical services, and travel emergencies); and Facilities (office space, conference rooms, office security, furniture and equipment, HVAC, emergencies).
