Eliot Jones-Garcia

Eliot Jones-Garcia is a Senior Research Analyst with the Natural Resources and Resilience Unit based in Washington, DC. His research focuses on human-AI interaction, user-centered design, and the ethical and responsible development of AI. Eliot is currently finalizing a PhD on the digitalization of agricultural advisory services at Wageningen University & Research.

New York Times published an article on how Americans are cooking at home and thinking about how they eat and source food. Senior Research Fellow Joseph Glauber said, “Stores weren’t anticipating the sort of stocking issues they were going to have, partly because of hoarding, but also because so many people normally rely on restaurants to feed themselves.” Republished by MSN South Africa.
