Danielle Resnick

Danielle Resnick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Unit and a Non-Resident Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. Her research focuses on the political economy of agricultural policy and food systems, governance, and democratization, drawing on extensive fieldwork and policy engagement across Africa and South Asia.

Where we work

IFPRI currently has more than 480 employees working in over 70 countries with a wide range of local, national, and international partners.

The Institute of Peruvian Studies (Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, IEP) is a social sciences research center that specializes in independent, pluralistic and interdisciplinary study of Peru and Latin America. Since its founding, the IEP has been recognized for its achievements in the field of social studies and has contributed significantly to the discussion of issues that are crucial for the country’s development. Through its research and dissemination of social studies of Peru and other Latin American countries, it seeks to contribute to equitable economic development, the strengthening of democratic institutions and recognition of the richness of cultural diversity.
