Danielle Resnick

Danielle Resnick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Unit and a Non-Resident Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. Her research focuses on the political economy of agricultural policy and food systems, governance, and democratization, drawing on extensive fieldwork and policy engagement across Africa and South Asia.

Burkina Faso: CSOs advocate for better access to RE for populations (Afrik21)

Afrik21 published an article writing that three civil society organizations (CSOs) in Burkina Faso working in partnership with the Netherlands Development Organization in Burkina Faso (SNV-BF) and IFPRI, three civil society organizations (CSOs) decided to conduct an environmental analysis of renewable energy (RE) in Burkina Faso. At the end of this study, the CSOs advocate for “improving the access of populations to quality renewable energy products and services.
