Lilia Bliznashka

Lily Bliznashka is a Research Fellow in the Nutrition, Diets, and Health Unit. Her research focuses on assessing the effectiveness of multi-input nutrition-sensitive and nutrition-specific interventions and the mechanisms through which they work to improve maternal and child health and nutrition globally. She has worked in Burkina Faso, Burundi, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Alimatou Diop

HR & Admin Officer

Bio

Alimatou Diop is the Human Resources and Administrative Officer at the IFPRI Dakar office. She has more than 10 years of administrative and human resources experience working at IFPRI, including administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, seminars, and workshops, events planning, large external events, and hotel and travel arrangements, as well as HR functions such as employee enrollments, recruitment processes, and local staff onboarding and termination. Alimatou also serves as safety and security liaison for the office ensures compliance with Senegal Labor Law and Labor Inspection. She holds a Master II degree from ISM Dakar and a University Diploma in Literary Studies in English from UCAD. She is an alumna of Mariama Bâ High School.
