Lily Bliznashka is a Research Fellow in the Nutrition, Diets, and Health Unit. Her research focuses on assessing the effectiveness of multi-input nutrition-sensitive and nutrition-specific interventions and the mechanisms through which they work to improve maternal and child health and nutrition globally. She has worked in Burkina Faso, Burundi, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Josphat Kiplangat Korir is a Research Officer, Development Strategies and Governance Unit, based in Nairobi, Kenya. He leads and contributes to rigorous research design, mixed-methods impact evaluations, and policy-relevant analyses to inform strategies for resilience, inclusive growth, and rural transformation. Josphat has more than a decade of experience designing and managing large-scale research and evaluation projects across agriculture, climate resilience, education, and economic development, with prior roles at CIFOR-ICRAF and the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. He holds an MSc in Agricultural and Applied Economics and a BSc in Agribusiness Management from the University of Nairobi.
