Danielle Resnick

Danielle Resnick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Unit and a Non-Resident Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. Her research focuses on the political economy of agricultural policy and food systems, governance, and democratization, drawing on extensive fieldwork and policy engagement across Africa and South Asia.

Remarks by World Bank Group President David Malpass at UN Food Systems Summit 2021 (Market Screener)

September 23, 2021

Market Screener published an article on the remarks made at the UNFSS by David Malpass. In those remarks, he mentioned that the World Bank and partners at IFPRI and the Food and Land Use Coalition led an effort to rethink the way food systems are financed. “We identified eight action areas to shift public and private financing towards more sustainable food systems.” Also published in Nigeria Shafaqna News, and Relief Web.
