Where we work

IFPRI currently has more than 480 employees working in over 70 countries with a wide range of local, national, and international partners.

UFED is an online tool that provides recommendations on conducting dietary and food environment assessments in urban and peri-urban settings. Based on user input regarding diet and food environment problems of concern, target populations, and other relevant factors, the tool generates a set of recommended methods and indicators for dietary and food environment assessment, guiding users on how to use and adapt them in urban and peri urban settings. This project is part of the Resilient Cities Initiative and the Food Frontiers and Security Program/Accelerator.
