April 21, 2020

News Release from various senators including Senator Moran (Virginia) discuss the importance of funding global food programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The news release quotes IFPRI researchers, “estimating that this economic slowdown could force another 20 to 30 million people into extreme poverty.
