Danielle Resnick

Danielle Resnick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Unit and a Non-Resident Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. Her research focuses on the political economy of agricultural policy and food systems, governance, and democratization, drawing on extensive fieldwork and policy engagement across Africa and South Asia.

Manmeet Ajmani is a Senior Research Analyst in the Foresight and Policy Modeling Unit. He has worked widely on the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and South Asia regions and in projects related to trade, development, value chains, and agrifood systems.

Before joining IFPRI, Manmeet worked for the ASEAN India Centre at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries. He completed his master’s degree in economics at Jawaharlal Nehru University, specializing in environment and econometrics.
