Beyond COVID-19: Recommendations from Five Years of Policy Research in Egypt and Directions for the Future

December 8, 2020

  • 2:00 – 4:00 pm (Africa/Cairo)
  • 7:00 – 9:00 am (US/Eastern)
  • 5:30 – 7:30 pm (Asia/Kolkata)

The event presents key findings and policy recommendations based on research and capacity building activities conducted by IFPRI and its Egyptian partners under the USAID-funded Evaluating Impact and Building Capacity (EIBC) project. This virtual policy research symposium focuses on three areas:

• Promoting food system transformation and resilience post-COVID 19

• Digitalization of agricultural services and policy analysis

• Agriculture and social protection for improving health and nutrition
