Danielle Resnick

Danielle Resnick is a Senior Research Fellow in the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Unit and a Non-Resident Fellow in the Global Economy and Development Program at the Brookings Institution. Her research focuses on the political economy of agricultural policy and food systems, governance, and democratization, drawing on extensive fieldwork and policy engagement across Africa and South Asia.

Tushar Singh is a Senior Research Analyst in the Natural Resources and Resilience Unit. He has experience in agricultural research and impact evaluation and most recently worked for Precision Development (PxD), where he was responsible for implementing randomized controlled trials focused on mobile-phone-based agricultural extension systems. He holds a BA with honors in Economics from Ramjas College at Delhi University and an MS in Economics, with a focus on Agribusiness, from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics in Pune, India.
